The camp rules below are in place for the safety and spiritual development of all Campers.


The “Do” Rules:
● Conduct yourself in a way that is pleasing to God.
● Spend time in the Word of God and in prayer.
● Respect others, both adult and youth, and work to serve others.
● Respect the grounds at Palomar and leave the space better than you found it.
● Have a good attitude and a teachable spirit.
● Have fun!

The “Don’t” Rules:
● No alcohol, tobacco, or drugs are allowed to be possessed or used at camp.
● No weapons, knives, or explosive devices are allowed.
● No inappropriate clothing of any kind. Clothing should be modest and decent in
message/image (no bikinis, short shorts, spaghetti strap tops, tube tops, halter tops, or
shirts with low necklines).
● No guys in the girls’ cabins, no girls in the guys’ cabins.
● No foul or inappropriate language.
● Campers may not leave their cabins after curfew except with a Staff member or
Counselor for legitimate reasons.
● Cell phones are allowed at camp but are not to be used during teaching sessions except
for taking notes. Please use discretion with the amount of time spent on your device.
We encourage selfies, photos, and posting fun and exciting things to social media. Let
the world know you are having an awesome time!
● Swimming is permitted only during supervised swim periods.
● Hiking is permitted during free time in groups of at least 3. A Counselor or Staff Member
is required to be among the group.
